We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Sales Assistant to join a successful and growing business.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, sales and day-to-day site operations, ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, building relationships and delivering strong results.

What You’ll Do

• – Deliver excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
• – Convert customer enquiries into sales
• – Identify additional sales opportunities and maximise revenue
• – Support the smooth day-to-day running of the site
• – Handle administration, payments and customer queries
• – Maintain high standards across security, compliance and presentation
• – Work closely with the wider team to achieve site targets

What We’re Looking For

• – Experience in retail or sales
• – Confident and friendly communication skills
• – A proactive, commercial and customer-focused approach
• – Strong organisation and attention to detail
• – Reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working as part of a small team
