Mental Health Social Worker (ASYE Pathway)

Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Level 1 Band 5 Social Worker to contribute to the Adults’ Social Care Pathway. The post is based primarily in Stafford with occasional work in Cannock and other South Staffordshire areas as required.

The role involves assessments of need, collaboration with carers and multidisciplinary teams, and supporting professional development through supervision and the SWLA/PCF framework. Registration with Social Work England is required.
