The Solution Auto in Manchester is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a franchised VAG main dealership. You will be the key contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a professional and efficient service from booking to vehicle collection.

Key responsibilities include booking vehicles for servicing, providing customers with progress updates, liaising with technicians, upselling where appropriate, and producing accurate job cards, invoices and service documentation.
