The role will involve general mechanical aspects of building maintenance including plant room, basic plumbing, HVAC and compliance etc.The role is a permanent position paying up to 43,000 basic and based on a shift pattern:Shifts from 6am to 6pmWeek one – Mon,Tues,Fri,Sat,SunWeek two – Wed,Thurs
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Duties:Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:Mechanical Plant roomPumps and valvesPlumbingmaintenanceBasic AHU/fan coil upkeepChecks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.Small works installationEmergency repairsAll ad- hoc maintenance tasks
Requirements:A qualified Mechanical Engineer or Commercial grade plumberExperience of plant room, AHU’s, FCU’s etc.Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experienceExcellent client facing skillsValid driving licenseWillingness to complete fabric and plumbing tasksWilling and ability to pass a PVG check
