The opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join an exceptional team of Surveyors and Project Managers, working out of our clients Birmingham office. You will get the opportunity to work on a real variety of instructions working with a wide range of clients in different sectors on a variety of asset types. You’d be working directly with the client and would have the opportunity to grow your own network. This is an employee owned business with significant industry experience gained over a number of decades.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of surveyors and project managers on varied instructions across different sectors and asset types.
- Directly engage with clients to understand needs and grow your professional network.
- Contribute to delivering high-quality building surveying services within an employee-owned practice.
Qualifications
- Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS).
- Ideally with previous experience in Building Consultancy or Private Practice.
