Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design on large projects and ensure integration with other disciplines
• Collaborate with design teams to deliver cohesive solutions
• Present complex technical designs to clients
• Manage project teams up to 10 people and coach junior engineers
• Oversee performance of team members and subcontractors and resolve issues

Key requirements

• BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Chartered Engineer (CEng)
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience in a consultancy environment
• Ability to lead and support junior engineers
