The Role
Were looking for a motivated and detail-focused Credit Controller to join our finance team in Sheffield.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller looking for their next challenge, but were also open to considering someone with no previous Credit Control experience if this is the career they genuinely want to pursue and develop.
We are also open to candidates looking for a part-time opportunity of 4 days per week, making this a fantastic role for someone seeking greater flexibility alongside their career.

Youll play an important role in supporting the business by managing outstanding debt, improving cash flow and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Chasing outstanding debts from customers by telephone, email and letter
- Building positive relationships with customers and negotiating payment plans where required
- Assessing credit applications and carrying out credit checks
- Resolving customer queries relating to invoices and payments
- Monitoring customer accounts and following up overdue balances
- Preparing reports on debtors, collections and cash flow
- Working closely with the wider finance team to minimise credit risk and improve cash collection
