In this role you drive delivery on London’s most complex, high-profile schemes across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors. You will shape project strategies, establish processes and lead cross-functional teams to meet client objectives while maintaining tight governance and reporting. You’ll engage with clients, contractors and designers to track progress, manage changes and communicate progress. Responsibilities

• Conduct background research and benchmarking
• Establish processes and systems for the project
• Produce project plans and manage teams where applicable
• Monitor and document project progress and performance indicators
• Track and document changes
• Prepare written project communications and progress reports
• Liaise with client, contractors and designers
• Attend meetings and draft minutes

Key requirements

• Senior Project Manager with experience in large sites in London
• Projects in residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors
• Track record of delivering whole projects or large elements
• Experience on projects of 20m+
• Ideally professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture
