Church Planting Catalyst & Leadership Coach

Durham Diocesan Board of Finance (DDBF) is seeking a Church Planting Enabler to join the Growing Churches team. The role focuses on enabling parish revitalisation and establishing new worshiping communities, with a key emphasis on supporting leaders and communities across the diocese.

The post is full time (35 hours per week) on a fixed term for three years, based at the Diocesan Office in Durham, with travel around the Diocese. 35,461£ starting salary with pension contributions.
