Overview

Join EY’s Global Data Office in the Trusted Data Governance team to operationalize governance for EY’s AI-Ready Data Strategy. You’ll enable streamlined access to AI-ready data via EY’s AI Data Marketplace, partnering with risk, legal, data protection, and business stakeholders. The role blends governance design with stakeholder storytelling and change management to deliver trusted data products. This is a chance to shape client-ready governance as a pathfinding example for EY’s data initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand service line data strategies and tailor governance to support them while balancing risks
• Coordinate stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and varying expertise
• Demonstrate storytelling to support change management and keep stakeholders engaged
• Coordinate data requirements across teams to govern trusted data products, including data management and quality
• Document stakeholder requirements and manage feedback on functional components

Key requirements

• Experience implementing governance frameworks in response to legal/regulatory changes and internal policy updates
• Experience working across teams toward organizational strategic goals
• Understanding of technical build cycles and requirements-gathering techniques
• Ability to translate dense materials into practical operational guidance
