Field IT Technician: Network & End-User Support (London)

Cadent is seeking an IT Field Technical Analyst in London to provide frontline IT support across the network. You’ll be the local IT expert, supporting colleagues and ensuring tools and technology enable effective work across Cadent’s sites.

You will handle 1st-3rd line incidents, manage local infrastructure, and collaborate with operational teams, suppliers and wider IT to keep services reliable, secure and fit for purpose while traveling across the network.
