Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic client engagement
- Lead client meetings and manage stakeholder relationships
- Prepare and negotiate detailed proposals and commercial terms

Key requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project management or technical consulting within engineering, EIA, planning, or related field
- Experience in business development or sales within engineering or construction
- Bachelors degree, ideally in engineering or related built environment field
- Background in delivering technical engineering projects
- Experience in proposal preparation, fee negotiation and client presentations
