Lead, Build & Manage New Children’s Homes Portfolio

Barnsley Council invites applications for a Service Manager – Residential Portfolio (Children’s Social Care) in Barnsley. This full-time, permanent post leads three new children’s residential homes, overseeing registration, staffing and opening, and ongoing operational and strategic management.
