Front Office Supervisor — Guest Experience Leader

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead our hotel front desk team and deliver outstanding guest service. You will oversee check-in/out, ensure accurate billing, and maintain daily operations with a focus on efficiency, guest satisfaction, and smooth collaboration with other departments.

Requirements include 1–2 years of front desk supervisory experience in hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Opera PMS and MS Office.
