Tennial Personnel are recruiting Forklift Truck Drivers to join a well-established pet food manufacturing company based in Hadleigh, Suffolk. This is a temporary-to-permanent role, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful 12-week probation period.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business where you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring materials and finished goods are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site. The successful candidate will be safety-conscious, reliable, and confident operating a forklift truck within a fast-paced production environment.
Please Note: This role involves working within a pet food manufacturing environment, which can be a dusty environment at times due to the nature of the products and production processes. Candidates must be comfortable working in these conditions.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 3:00PM – 11:00PM
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a forklift truck safely and efficiently to move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areasLoad and unload deliveries in line with company proceduresTransport stock to production lines and designated storage locationsCarry out stock movements and ensure accurate storage of productsAssist with goods in and goods out operationsConduct routine pre-use forklift checks and report any defects promptlySupport general warehouse duties, including manual handling where requiredFollow health and safety procedures at all timesMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environmentWork collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to meet operational targets
Skills Required
