Principal Geotechnical Engineer – Lead & Design (Hybrid)

SYSTRA UK & Ireland is seeking a Principal Geotechnical Engineer to lead delivery of complex ground engineering projects. You will head teams of geotechnical engineers and technicians, act as CRE/Lead Engineer on high‑risk assignments and drive technical excellence across design and site activities.

You will mentor staff, develop CGM BIM workflows, supervise ground investigations, review reports and ensure compliance with UK standards. Hybrid working with varied UK projects available.
