The Role
360 Recruitment ConsultantYoull take full ownership of an industrial temps desk, with a strong focus on business development and revenue growth, including:Proactive sales, cold calling, and lead generationWinning new clients and growing existing accountsNegotiating terms of business and rates to maximise marginBuilding a strong, reliable candidate pipelineManaging bookings and fulfilment to exceed client expectationsAdvertising, interviewing, and screening candidatesParticipating in an on-call rota (including some weekends)Working hours: 08:00
17:00, Monday to Friday
About YouProven recruitment experience, ideally running a temps deskHungry, target-driven, and motivated by commissionConfident closer with strong negotiation skillsCommercial mindset with a focus on margin and growthIndustrial recruitment experience is an advantage, but not essentialFull UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
