- You will be an experienced Civil / Structural / Naval / Mechanical engineer with background in Marine / Offshore Environment.

The Role
Senior role for Civil / Structural / Naval / Mechanical engineer with Transportation & Installation experience in Marine / Offshore T&I. Capable of making the step up to lead an UK office for Leading Engineering Consultancy
This is wide ranging and lead role – Mix of business development and strategy and management.
NB: please note it is essential to have large scale civil / structural engineering experience in offshore/ marine environment.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- Mechanical / Structural / Civil Engineering degree or similar
- Marine / Offshore engineering experience
- Civil / Structural / Mechanical engineering in Marine / Offshore Environment.
- Offshore Energy Transportation & Installation (O&G/ wind turbine T&I)
- Equipment used in installation/ transportation/ lifting of large heavy Steel Structures (eg Jackets / Monopiles)
- Excellent communicator: written, chairing meetings & presentations and client facing skills
Advantage to have any of the following:
- Excellent network within the energy sector which will provide strong potential for developing new business
- Engineering Management / Business Development / Commercial Management experience.
- certification agencies such as DNV-GL, Lloyds Register and Bureau Veritas etc.
Essential to have civil/ structural engineering experience in marine / offshore – ideally heavy equipment design / transportation / installation.
Must have B Eng/ MEng Engineering degree in either Structural, Civil or Mechanical.
