Overview

As a Manager in Deloitte’s Technology and Transformation SAP practice, you lead SAP Finance-enabled transformation efforts. You design and deliver S/4HANA finance solutions for large-scale programmes, ensuring up-to-date SAP functionality and best practices. You’ll cultivate client relationships and contribute to sales and capability development while staying ahead on SAP innovations and certification. Responsibilities

• Design and build SAP finance-enabled solutions for large-scale S/4HANA transformations
• Utilise the latest SAP functionality in solution design
• Translate business processes into SAP configurations and enhancements
• Maintain standard SAP approaches while considering advanced techniques
• Develop strong client relationships and support sales initiatives
• Contribute to practice development and internal capability building
• Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting innovations and roadmaps
• Work in a consulting environment with diverse experiences to grow skills
• Engage with SAP and professional training (internal and external) and attain SAP certification

Key requirements

• Hands-on configuration experience with core SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (GL, Asset Accounting, AR, AP, Bank Accounting) and integration with Controlling
• Knowledge of financial accounting principles, concepts, and processes
• Understanding SAP Enterprise Structure concepts
• Facilitating fit-to-standard workshops and translating requirements into design
• Completing design, configuration, unit testing, and documentation on timelines
• Preparing functional specifications for development objects
• Understanding Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong communication skills with clients and offshore teams
• Building professional relationships with clients and peers
• Producing high-quality deliverables and documentation
• Escalating timeline concerns, risks, and issues promptly
• Understanding SAP Best Practices
