Strategic Business Development Manager – Security Services

Pertemps West Midlands & Worcestershire Perm Hub is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its commercial team. You will own the sales lifecycle—from prospecting through to closing—and manage ongoing client relationships.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work with senior leadership to influence growth strategy and contribute to high-quality bid submissions. A service-led background in security or related sectors is advantageous.
