Innovation Bakery Lead – NPD & Scale-Up Chef

Cutter & Squidge is seeking a Development Chef to lead new product development in our Brentford bakery. You will manage concepts through launches, work hands‑on with the NPD team, and scale recipes with production colleagues to ensure successful roll‑outs.

The role requires at least 2 years in bakery/food manufacturing NPD, with strong Excel/costing skills and a proven ability to train production teams on new recipes.
