The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to work on a large commercial project in the centre of London. The company is a top Irish contractor who are in the process of putting together a full site team for a project due to complete in 2029

Project value £100m +

Advertised at £70-80k and negotiable

Criteria

• HND / Degree Qualification in Engineering (ideally)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager on projects valued at £20m +
• Site Safety Pass
• Demonstrable RC Frame or Steel Frame experience on projects of a similar value

Duties

• Reporting to the Project Manager
• Responsibility for all day to day construction related issues
• Maintaining an exceptional high standard of health and safety
• Maintain continuous professional development to ensure appropriate technical awareness
