- Carry out general maintenance
- Kitchen, bathroom & window installations in occupied & void properties
- Working collaboratively with other trades and support teams to provide efficient, customer-focused service.
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and organisational standards.

What you'll need to succeed

- n
- Must be time-served
- Proven maintenance experience in void and occupied properties
- Strong knowledge of health and safety standards related to joinery and construction.
- Full UK driving licence
