Online Technical Sales Advisor
Location: Hybrid / RemoteTraining: DE13 Area
We are recruiting for an Online Technical Sales Advisor to join a growing specialist home improvement business.
This is a consultative sales role, working with pre-qualified homeowners across the UK via scheduled 1-to-1 video consultations. You will help customers understand their options, guide them through measurements and photographs, recommend suitable solutions and support them through to purchase.
The Role
- Conduct 30-minute video consultations with customers.
- Provide technical and product advice.
- Review customer measurements and images to identify potential issues.
- Recommend suitable designs and solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships and secure sales.
- Provide a professional, engaging experience throughout.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in consultative sales, technical sales, home improvement, design, fitted furniture, kitchens/bathrooms, or high-value retail.
You will need:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence presenting and selling via video.
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness.
- A consultative, low-pressure approach to sales.
- The ability to explain technical information clearly.
- A professional home-working environment.
