Part-Time Community Social Worker — Independence & Advocacy

Jewish Care is seeking a dedicated Part-time Social Worker (18 hours per week) to join our Social Work and Community Support team. You will assess, plan care, advocate, and safeguard adults, older people, carers and families, promoting independence and community connection across Hertfordshire and Greater London.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, maintain caseloads, and contribute to service development while upholding high standards of ethics and professional practice.
