Therapeutic Residential Care Worker (Cluster Homes)

Pebbles Care Limited is hiring a Cluster Residential Child Care Worker to join our therapeutic care team across a cluster of homes in the North of England. You will work full-time, averaging 56.4 hours per week including sleepovers, across multiple locations within a short journey of each other.

Training starts on day one with a comprehensive induction and shadow shifts; you will gain exposure to the Pebbles Way and our therapeutic care model, supported by management and L&D teams.
