Strategic People Partner – Hybrid (Scotland)

SGN is seeking a strategic Senior People Partner to drive performance, engagement and organisational effectiveness across Scotland operations, including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Paisley, Dundee and Aberdeen.

Reporting to the Operations People Director, the role will guide people strategy, employee relations, talent management and trade union relationships, shaping the future direction of the People team across the business.
