QA Lead – Food Quality & Compliance (4-on/4-off)

Gousto is seeking a QA Lead to plan and coordinate the QA team’s daily roadmap, mentor staff, and drive a culture of high-quality production. You will coordinate audits, improve processes, and ensure safety across shifts in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on QA experience, HACCP/BRC/GMP knowledge, and strong collaboration with production teams to maintain quality from raw materials to customer boxes.
