QA Manager: Lead Food Quality & Compliance

Pilgrim’s Europe at Bodmin is seeking a QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function at the Bodmin site, ensuring food safety, legality, quality, and traceability while developing a high-performing QA team.

You will drive internal audits, NCRs and investigations, implement root cause analysis, monitor KPIs, and partner with production and external agencies to uphold GMP standards and continuous improvement.
