This role is being advertised by Brightwork who are recruiting for our Prestigious client based in the Gyle area of Edinburgh and we require a Temporary Full Time Facilities Asst for our clients site. The duration of this role is circa 9 months (however this could be extended)Your Time at Work Hours of work are 36 hours, Monday to Friday which consists of Monday to Friday 0930-1730The post holder will also be required to participate in some weekend and public holiday on call Rota as part of this post and to support cover for staff absence, therefore an element of flexibility required.This position will predominantly be based Domestic Services, however, will also be required to work across all Facilities services which entails Reception, Mailroom, Catering and Domestic services as required, once suitably trained.Our Perfect Worker – Proven relevant experience in a similar environment. – Good oral communication Skills – Good level of physical fitness and ability to undertake manual work. – Good keyboard skills and working with PC – Customer care or equivalent work experience – Confident, approachable and of cheerful disposition. – Ability to work on own initiative and to work schedules. – Ability to follow instruction. – Flexible approach to work – Good team working skills and the ability to work – with minimal supervisionDesirable skills for this role include: – Driving Licence – Previous experience in Catering environment – Experience in Domestic Services environment. – Good Knowledge of HACCP – Previous NHS/ Council experience – Previous knowledge of cleaning monitoring systems/ auditing – Previous knowledge CCTV and access control systems – Experience using switchboard/ reception duties. – Level 2 in food safety – National workbooks for catering/ portering, cleaning – H & S Training, including manual handling and COSHHKey Information and Benefits £14.22 per hrAbout Brightwork –
