Property Conveyancer – High-Volume Transactions, Nottingham

W3Global is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to independently manage a high caseload of property transactions from instruction to completion. The role covers sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, commercial leases and residential tenancy matters.

You will draft and review contracts, perform title checks and due diligence, and liaise with clients, opponents, estate agents and lenders while ensuring compliance and detailed case records.
