Aerospace Capability Engineer – NPD & Tooling

AEM Limited, part of AMETEK, is seeking a Capability Development Engineer to join its Ramsgate engineering team. You will help expand repair and overhaul capabilities through NPD, reverse engineering, tooling design, and continuous improvement in a regulated aerospace environment.

You’ll work closely with Operations and Engineering to develop innovative repair solutions, support production activities, and ensure documentation, tooling, and processes meet aerospace standards.
