Public Sector Property Solicitor

Oldham Council is seeking a Property Solicitor to join the Legal Services team on a permanent, hybrid basis in Oldham. You will provide land and property legal advice and manage property transactions from inception to completion.

The role requires qualified solicitor or barrister status with post-qualification experience in land/property law and related areas. You will support officers and elected members, and work with external advisers as needed.
