TradeField are currently looking for an experiencedQualified Electricianto join a commercial client working acrossBristol and the South West.
This is an excellent long-term opportunity, with atwo-year programme of workalready secured.
The Role
The primary work will involve theinstallation of 16-amp commando socketsacross commercial sites throughout Bristol and the wider South West.
The majority of projects will be locatedwithin approximately two hours of Bristol, although there will occasionally be a requirement to work further afield and stay away overnight.
When working away,accommodation, food and fuel expenses will be fully covered.
Typical duties will include:
- Installation of 16-amp commando sockets
- Containment installation
- Commercial electrical installation works
- Electrical testing knowledge
- Working across retail, distribution and other commercial environments
- Travelling between client sites across Bristol and the South West
- Working independently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
Requirements
To be considered, you must:
- Have6+ years’ experienceworking as an electrician
- Have strongcommercial electrical experience
- Have good knowledge and experience ofelectrical testing
- Ideally have previous experience working withinretail, warehouses or distribution centres
- Hold afull UK driving licence
- Be comfortable travelling throughout the South West and occasionally staying away
- Be reliable, professional and comfortable working on an ongoing programme of commercial projects
Please note:Due to the insurance requirements for the client’s fleet vehicles, electricians who will drive those vehicles must beaged 30 or over.
