Senior Quantity Surveyor for London Hotel Project

A Quantity Surveyor is required to join our client on a 250-bed hotel project in Vauxhall, South West London. The role reports to the Project Director and requires proven experience on large commercial schemes and a background with a well-known contractor or developer.

Responsibilities include assisting with procurement and managing packages, with a competitive salary and excellent full package. The client operates across residential, mixed-use and commercial schemes nationwide.
