Responsibilities

• Handle a broad caseload of residential property matters (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds)
• Manage files with minimal supervision
• Provide clear, professional client advice and maintain excellent client care
• Build relationships with clients, estate agents, and third parties
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm policies

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Minimum 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law and procedure
• Excellent organisational skills to manage a busy caseload
• Strong client-focused communication skills
