SME Activation & Growth Specialist

Capital on Tap is hiring for a Customer Growth role in the UK. You will own the initial commercial relationship with recently approved SME customers, educating, activating, and growing their spend by understanding how their business works and showing where our card adds value.

This is a phone-led, target-driven role; you will spend most of your time speaking with SME owner-directors and finance managers to move from approved to actively using our core payment tool.
