About you

  • CIPD Level 3 or higher qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience within a fast-paced, private sector environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK and/or NI employment law and HR best practices
  • Proven experience managing employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance issues)
  • Skilled in HR systems, particularly PeopleHR and data analytics
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and influencing skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

What you’ll do

  • Proactively support managers with HR issues, providing pragmatic, credible advice to foster a positive employee experience
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires
  • Maintain accurate employee data in PeopleHR; produce HR documentation such as contracts and reports
  • Support payroll integration by ensuring HR processes align with payroll systems
  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies in compliance with legislation in NI, GB, and ROI
  • Drive and coordinate learning and development initiatives, including the rollout of a new LMS platform
  • Produce HR reports and metrics to support data driven decision making and continuous improvement
  • Stay informed of legislative changes impacting employment practices and advise accordingly
  • Lead engagement activities and support organisational culture initiatives
