Job Title: Production Team Leader
Location: East Yorkshire
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

Shift Pattern: 5 working days from 7 (Including Weekends & Bank Holidays on a Rota Basis)

Key Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
Lead, organise, and motivate production teams to achieve daily production targets
Plan labour allocation effectively to maximise productivity and operational efficiency
Ensure all health & safety, hygiene, and food safety procedures are always followed
Maintain compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and GMP requirements
Monitor and drive production KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement
Minimise waste, downtime, and resource usage while maximising output
Ensure production documentation, records, and reporting are completed accurately
Monitor production line performance and escalate any equipment or process issues as required

Food Manufacturing
FMCG
Required Production Supervisor Qualifications:
Essential:
GCSEs, NVQ, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
Desirable:
HACCP Training
Advanced Food Hygiene Qualification
Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
