We are recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business in Witham. The company specialises in the manufacture of high-quality windows and associated products, and this is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a manufacturing environment.
No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. The role would suit someone who is reliable, hands-on and comfortable working in a busy factory environment.
Duties of the Factory Operative:
Loading and unloading machineryBasic machine operationMeasuring materials accuratelyAssembly of productsUsing a range of hand toolsCarrying out quality control checksGeneral production duties as requiredFollowing company health & safety procedures
Requirements:
P revious manufacturing and production experience required Able to use xwwtmva basic hand toolsGood attention to detailComfortable with repetitive lifting and manual workReliable and hardworkingAble to follow instructions and work as part of a teamSafety boots are required
Hours & Pay:
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pmFriday: 6:00am – 2:00pmPay: £12.71 per hour
