T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Swadlincote for a number of Factory Labourers to join their team on aTemporary to Permanentbasis.

The role will be starting on a day shift and moving onto a rotating shift pattern once fully trained.
Factory Labourer Job Details & Benefits;
- Rotating shifts MondayThursday 6:0015:30 & Fridays 6:0010:00 (with Friday overtime mandatory when required) and an afternoon shift every 3rd week Monday Thursday 1pm-10:30pm.
- Starting hourly rate of £13.50 with the opportunity to rise to £16 with training sign off.

As a Factory Labourer you could be working across a number of departments xwwtmva where duties vary dependant on the area, however, could include the following;
- Cutting sheets of metal
- Weighing and labelling products
- Stacking products onto pallets manually
- Performing machine checks
- Quality checking the products
- Forklift operation training is provided
- Working outside on the yard loading scrap metal using JCB shovel
- Using overhead crane
