Factory Manager – Packing Operations Leader (Bo’ness)

Greencore’s Bo’ness site is seeking a Factory Manager to lead packing operations at the Carriden site, delivering safe, efficient performance and continuous improvement. You will drive KPIs, manage training, and align actions with the Greencore Operating System while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
