Overview

As Campaign Manager (AVP) in Nuveen’s UK Client Marketing team, you will plan, execute and measure integrated campaigns that support UK distribution objectives. You will collaborate across marketing functions and with business partners to deliver timely, on-brief campaigns that drive audience engagement and commercial impact. The role combines creative ideation with analytical rigor to optimise multi-channel initiatives. You will operate in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment and communicate results clearly to stakeholders at all levels. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear focus on driving quantifiable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end integrated campaigns with UK Client Marketing and wider Marketing & Communications teams
  • Contribute creative and solutions-oriented input to campaign development
  • Support journey mapping and audience segmentation to prioritise channels, products and client segments
  • Coordinate with digital, social, content, brand and events teams to activate campaigns
  • Assist with product launches, thought leadership campaigns and client communications
  • Liaise with writers, creative teams and agencies to deliver on brief and timelines
  • Provide regular updates on progress, timelines and deliverables
  • Support KPI development and campaign performance measurement with the analytics team
  • Share learnings and provide optimisation recommendations to improve ROIs

Key requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in campaign or client marketing in asset management or financial services
  • Experience planning and delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes
  • Creative thinker with ability to generate fresh ideas for content and campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building performance reports and communicating results
  • Collaborative team player with ability to manage relationships across multiple functions
  • Highly organised with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in marketing, business, communications or related discipline is preferred
