Global Market Access Lead (FTC) – UK / Germany

Overview

In this role, you will lead market access initiatives across the UK and Germany to ensure timely patient access. You’ll work closely with commercial, medical, and regulatory teams to align on launches and pricing strategies. You drive market access plans, analyze policy trends, and guide reimbursement pathways. Key requirements

• Proven experience leading market access strategies within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector
