Overview

In this Marketing Executive role, you support the Senior Marketing Manager and teams to plan, coordinate and deliver marketing, PR and communications across the business. You will work with internal teams and external agencies to produce sales tools, campaigns and events, while upholding brand standards. You’ll help manage marketing suites, assets and digital content, contributing to engaging campaigns that support development launches and community-focused initiatives. This is a collaborative, fast-paced role with real impact on brand presence and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning, coordination and delivery of marketing, PR and communications across the business
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to produce brochures, presentations, adverts, factsheets, guides, newsletters, models, CGI’s and videos
  • Proofread marketing and sales collateral to ensure accuracy and brand compliance
  • Plan and deliver events including launches, customer engagement, placemaking and community activities
  • Oversee presentation of marketing suites and show homes, including landscaping and signage
  • Coordinate and dress marketing suites with interior designers
  • Plan and organise lifestyle, product, site and event photography shoots and manage assets
  • Work with creative and media agencies to produce print and digital assets
  • Assist with social media content planning and engagement improvement
  • Brief and manage email campaigns and monitor effectiveness
  • Maintain development web pages and portals in collaboration with digital teams
  • Update MyHomePlus per phase launches and support sales sign-ups
  • Coordinate with international offices for marketing collateral
  • Support overseas exhibitions and events including logistics and liaison with International Desk
  • Ensure invoices and supplier payments are processed
  • Act as brand guardian ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines
  • Assist with awards submissions

Key requirements

  • Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva, Microsoft Copilot)
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyse information, produce reports and present insights
  • Highly organised with excellent project management and deadline discipline
  • Proactive, resourceful and ability to drive tasks independently
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify value opportunities
  • Effective listening, communication and relationship-building
  • Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership for results
