Overview

In this role you will own regional field marketing strategy and programs to drive pipeline and business impact. You’ll collaborate with Sales and GTM teams to run integrated regional activities across events, partner activations, and community initiatives, contributing to global programs. You’ll shape messaging for technical and executive audiences and measure ROI. This is a high-ownership, fast-moving role in a developer-focused platform company.

Responsibilities

  • Own regional field marketing strategy aligned to sales priorities and GTM initiatives to drive pipeline and engagement.
  • Plan and run field programs end-to-end: hosted events, executive experiences, partner activations, community programs, and trade shows; support global programs as needed.
  • Deliver high-performing attendee experiences with tailored messaging and on-site experiences.
  • Partner closely with Sales and SDRs to align on target accounts, enable outreach, and drive pipeline and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and GTM teams to align field activity with ABM, product marketing, campaigns, and industry trends.
  • Develop and execute partner-led regional field programs with technology partners to expand reach and pipeline.
  • Measure, optimize, and scale programs using KPIs, post-event analysis, and ROI reporting.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and experimentation with new formats, vendors, and channels to improve engagement and differentiation.

Key requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS field marketing with proven pipeline impact
  • End-to-end ownership of field programs including trade shows, hosted events, partner activations, and community programs
  • Strong sales and GTM collaboration with AEs and SDRs
  • Experience aligning field activity with broader GTM priorities (Product Marketing, ABM, Campaigns)
  • Forecasting, measuring, and communicating program impact (pipeline, ROI)
  • Strong project and operational management across multiple programs and budgets
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, project tools (Asana preferred) and modern marketing workflows
  • Comfort with AI tools to enhance planning, content creation, and analysis
  • Strong communication for technical and executive audiences; familiarity with developer/DevOps/cloud/security markets a plus
