Lead Site Manager – Refurbishment & Compliance (Housing)

Axis CLC’s Concept is hiring a proactive Site Manager to lead refurbishment and renewal projects across a regional housing and public-sector portfolio in the UK. You will oversee site safety, quality, programme and client satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors and residents.

You’ll manage live environments, ensure CDM compliance, and drive high standards of safety and delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
