Site Manager – Refurbishment & Compliance Lead

Concept, part of Axis CLC, is hiring a proactive Site Manager to deliver refurbishment and renewal projects across a regional housing and public-sector portfolio. You will oversee site safety, quality, programme and client satisfaction while coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and client representatives in a live environment.

The role covers full and partial refurbishments, internal/external renewals and compliance upgrades.
