Lean Six Sigma CI Engineer – Electronics & Assembly

Copello are recruiting a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive Lean and CI initiatives across engineering and production environments. You will lead improvements to flow, quality, cost and delivery, applying DMAIC, 8D and RCA while coaching teams in Lean Six Sigma.

Ideal candidates hold a engineering degree with Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, experience in electro-mechanical or electronics assembly and knowledge of MRP systems. SC clearance eligibility is required.
