UK Sustainability Lead

We’re excited to be partnering with a confidential, industry-leading organisation to appoint an experienced UK Sustainability Lead. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of sustainability strategy across a diverse portfolio of complex, high-profile major construction and infrastructure projects.

This is far more than a compliance-focused position. You’ll be at the forefront of driving meaningful ESG change, leading a team of sustainability specialists, influencing senior stakeholders, and embedding innovative, measurable sustainability practices across every stage of project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading Sustainability Strategy – Develop and deliver ambitious sustainability strategies across a diverse national project portfolio.
• Driving ESG Excellence – Embed ESG principles throughout design, procurement and construction, ensuring sustainability is integrated from concept through to completion.
• Inspiring & Developing Teams – Lead, mentor and grow a team of sustainability professionals while creating a culture of continuous improvement.
• Influencing Key Stakeholders – Collaborate with clients, consultants, regulators and supply chain partners to align sustainability goals and deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Championing Innovation – Introduce forward-thinking approaches, technologies and sustainable construction methodologies that create measurable impact.
